Day 14: Zaroorat aur Chahat (Need vs Want ka Sahi Use) 🎯

Suno Wajid, English mein do aise words hain jo hum rozana use karte hain: WANT (Chahat/Tamanna) aur NEED (Zaroorat). Aksar log in dono mein confuse ho jate hain. Aaj hum sikhenge ki inka sahi istemal kaise karna hai aur inke beech ka farq kya hai.

Wajid ki Tip #14: The 'S' Reminder

Yaad rakho, Day 4 wala rule yahan bhi lagega! Agar baat He, She, It, ya Name ki ho rahi hai, toh WANT ban jayega WANTS aur NEED ban jayega NEEDS. I, You, We, They ke sath simple rahega.

1. WANT - "Mujhe Chahiye" (Desire)

Jab aap kisi aisi cheez ki baat karte hain jo aapki khwaish hai, toh WANT lagayein.

  • I want a coffee. (Mujhe coffee chahiye.)
  • She wants to go home. (Wo ghar jana chahti hai.)
  • They want to meet you. (Wo tumse milna chahte hain.)

2. NEED - "Mujhe Zaroorat Hai" (Necessity)

Jab koi cheez aapke liye bohot zaroori ho, jiske bina kaam na chale, toh NEED lagayein.

Category Sentence (English) Meaning
Survival We need water. Humein pani ki zaroorat hai.
Help I need your help. Mujhe tumhari madad ki zaroorat hai.
Work He needs a job. Use naukri ki zaroorat hai.

3. Negative Sentences (Don't vs Doesn't)

Mana karne ke liye Don't aur Doesn't ka use karein. Yaad rakhein, 'Doesn't' aate hi 'S' hat jayega.

  • I don't want tea. (Mujhe chai nahi chahiye.)
  • He doesn't need money. (Use paison ki zaroorat nahi hai.)

4. Sawal Poochna (Do/Does Shuruat Mein)

Sawal poochne ke liye Do ya Does ko sentence ke start mein le aayein:

Example: "Do you want to learn English?" (Kya tum English seekhna chahte ho?)

Daily Life Phrases:

  • "What do you want?" (Tumhe kya chahiye?)
  • "I need some rest." (Mujhe thode aaram ki zaroorat hai.)
  • "We want justice." (Humein insaf chahiye.)

Day 14 Homework:

Aaj aapko 3 aisi cheezein likhni hain jo aap Chahte hain (WANT) aur 3 aisi cheezein jo aapki Zaroorat hain (NEED). Inhe zor-zor se bolne ki practice karein. Kal milenge Chapter 15 mein jahan hum "Going to" (Iradey) ki English sikhenge!

Very good Wajid! Tumhari English ab natural lag rahi hai. 🌟
